Sounds like a cliche but las vegas is actually super walking friendly. and weather isnt a big deal since you can spend time in the casino / shops all over there too. a ton of shows. recommend vegas.com if you book things since they are $ cheaper than directly from the show and never had problems. Alternatively, you could cruise around in Space Engine and bookmark an interesting galaxy to get screenshots from multiple angles, which is what I usually do. There are none that I know of; most folks I know who do galaxy maps either make them by hand with their digital paint tools of choice, or utilize the procedurally-generated ones from Space Engine.
