I have downloaded the free license vector file from vecteezy.com - Its a roll up banner design, I opened the file in Inkscape and trying to change the color of the banner but the color does not change when I select the element and select a color under "fill and stroke" or when I select from the bottom color swatches. I worked on freelancer.com for 3 months doing mostly side gigs. WIth the payment, it wasn't much of an issue for me. The first payment indeed, it was more "special", as in, it took 2 months until I got the money in my account. But any other payment after that, were processed within days (at worst).
