I was a heavy Slack user. Slack was great for communication but it was a hassle to manage projects. I was spending more time managing Slack than managing my actual projects. That was insane. While i still love slack for communication, Vabotu stole my heart quickly. Similarly to slack, Vabotu has messaging with some nifty features. I felt right at home coming from Slack. I love how I can manage my communication and tasks all in one software. Brilliant!
Day to day, I juggle 12-clients at a global digital agency. Each client has it's own project. Each project needs to be carefully managed between our internal team and client. Vabotu helps me to stay on top of things with all our communication, tasks and projects, collaboration and files shared. We used Slack and Trello before to manage projects.
