Every element actually has a variable width or font-size or anything to size it, that is not fixed. This gives a really smooth feeling to it. Napping in blocks actually isn't a bad sleep pattern if it works for you. I sleep in 2 3-hour blocks and sometimes an additional 2-hour nap, I can't sleep for more than 6 hours at a time, and usually not really more than 4. I was always exhausted.
