The next closest I have found is Updrafts.app, which is a simple, lightweight, web-based page assembler. BUT it is yet another monthly subscription, unless you are willing to part with $250 for a lifetime license which is INSANE for nothing more than a glorified online block-builder!! As of now, our application is only running on a server within your computer. But we need a public-facing URL (not http://localhost) to configure a Webhook so Twilio can find it.
