I've been very happy with https://updown.io. Reliable, very reasonable per-request pricing, easy to set up. The creator did a Show HN about a decade ago: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8712386. - Source: Hacker News / 15 days ago
Each 'step' in a chain of API requests would consume 1 credit. 100% inspired by updown.io's pricing model, which I personally love: https://updown.io/#pricing. Source: 11 months ago

It doesn't show up with a due date so I can schedule it... Source: 11 months ago
