    Https://uopeople.edu/ is the only accredited university that generally has no tuition. There are other no-tuition schools, but they have several requirements like joining the military, being from a certain ethnic group, studying only very narrow fields, etc. If you are interested in more leads on these, I can help you.     I like freeCodeCamp because they actually suffer from the opposite issue of being too hands-on with little of the deeper context that TOP gives.
