  I like freeCodeCamp because they actually suffer from the opposite issue of being too hands-on with little of the deeper context that TOP gives.   However, the math instruction that worked for me (I suddenly had to teach upper level math to expelled students in a self-contained class - and didn't know anything past Alg 1) was khanacademy.org, a free online program.
