I made a tiny alternative a while back called Umbrella JS: https://umbrellajs.com/ Seeing methods like addClass in "replace-jquery", I'm not fully satisfied. I could make Umbrella JS tiny (1/2 of the alternative listed elsewhere in the thread, Cash, and 10% the size of jQuery) because of heavy method reusal. Ghost CMS makes it fairly easy to link your blog to your own domain and set up SSL. The ghost setup command in ghost-cli basically does it for you. However, for me it didn't automatically set up a www subdomain. So I could access, say, https://https://myblog.lol, but https://www.myblog.lol would result in a 502.
