    I had a similar need some time ago, I found and tried many options out there and unfortunately most of them were not what I was looking for, grossly out-of-date, or weren't worth the time. So far the best thing I was able to find is Types. It can't do everything you are looking for, but it can do some of it.     I use the start menu app list and hate how you can’t get that instantly on windows 11 (there’s a button you have to click). I used this program to restore the windows 10 start menu that has been tweaked to look more like windows 11. The only problem I have is that some programs don’t appear. You can still search them, but they aren’t in the list. You could probably drop your own shortcuts in there if it bothers... Source: 11 months ago
