Work on fixing your sleep schedule. It may help you to go to bed even if not tired. I'll typically go to bed and read a book to wind down. Avoid your phone as the light can screw with your brain - if you have to use your phone, ensure "blue light filter" is enabled if it has it, and/or use an app like Twilight or f.lux. There's an odd little retro dungeon crawler called Paper Sorcerer that might work for you. It's always high contrast, but I think some areas are light mode instead of dark mode so you might need something that can invert the colors at points (I'm not sure if something like NegativeScreen would work in games).
