[windows 10] Smart invert/auto dark mode, but for chosen windows only

After some research I found NegativeScreen, which does exactly what I want, the only caveat is that it affects your entire screen. I'd like this for only a selected few windows, a free program if possible.

WindowTop

I'm looking for something like WindowTop's automatic dark-mode feature, but WindowTop's only allows colour filtering (by this I mean that it will invert all colours and not just black and white, which isn't what I want) until you pay for the license. I only want to utilize the smart-invert/force dark mode feature, so paying isn't exactly the best option (or at least, I hope).
