Work on fixing your sleep schedule. It may help you to go to bed even if not tired. I'll typically go to bed and read a book to wind down. Avoid your phone as the light can screw with your brain - if you have to use your phone, ensure "blue light filter" is enabled if it has it, and/or use an app like Twilight or f.lux.
