Once you have your systems set up and schedule, its not an incredible about of work to manage day to day operations. Getting things like handymen and cleaners are not difficult tasks. I do everything myself now, sort of- Airbnb does most of the lifting ( booking, communication, collecting payment) and the housekeepers do the rest. It's a little bit of work to schedule them but I use turnoverbnb.com for that. If you have a lot of weddings, airbnb is a very viable option. From a guy who used to cater weddings, you do not want to be on the hospitality side of someone "on the most special day of their life". Stay on the real estate side. We put 6 1BR airbnb's on our ranch and they would cover your mortgage 3-4X over with upside on the busiest months.
