   While all the other bookmarking sites have died, pinboard.in remains and is a reliable and handy place to save all those links you love but are sure to otherwise forget.

When you go to the Website, you select what service you're coming from, and the next screen is the destination service.   You just copy and paste that output - the artist - song name, and save it into a plain text file. You can use services like tunemymusic.com and it will import that text file and create an actual music playlist in spotify, or in a bunch of other music services, so you don't have to go searching.   The list of text links is basically what https://pinboard.in is, basically - social bookmarking. I only use it privately, but it does have the exact function you're talking about as well.
