Try Hack Me learning paths is similar to HTB Academy, so what you choose between them is a matter of personal taste. It's tough to recommend specifically really without having more background on you personally, but there's lots of ways to get an education (learn real skills) for very cheap. I dropped out of university but got certified in salesforce . Courses are all free on https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/help, and the tests are only a few hundred dollars.
