Given your PL interpreters are written in Python, why not just share them as Python programs, optionally bundled with CPython? Are you concerned abput having a CPython dependency? PLs like Scala or Kotlin or Clojure depend on a backend (JVM, JS), so why not your PL? Or is the issue absolute simplicity? Try It Online[0] seems to offer a very similar service - if you don't care about the collaboration aspect of it. It claims to be self-hostable[1]. glot.io[2] is another, which seems to fit more in the realm of "pastebin with runnable snippets".
