Accountability app or software. There's a lot of options available. I used Covenant Eyes a couple years ago, maybe it's changed, but I didn't think it was effective enough for the price. My solution, that I started to use probably 20 years ago, is having my own emails & domain on a webhost server. Expect to pay $30 for a webhost, domain name & registration each year.
