I know, at least here in the States (don't know your local), that software eng hiring is super competitive. There are plenty of companies out there, and a lot of turned to remote or hybrid hiring. Even if you are happy with your current work, it's never a bad idea to shop around. Another criterion could be long-term viability: Is there a large core team and an active community? Well, who still remembers AngularJS? From Google? And didn’t Facebook/Meta start Jest?
