I don't wanna discourage people from trying to make side income with AI novels done with ChatGPT/Claude, or coloring books done with Midjourney, but that's literally the lowest hanging fruit. If your music is up on Spotify and Apple Music go to https://artists.apple.com/ Just claim your artist profile. You will need an Apple ID (not Apple Music subscription - I believe. The same process must be done for Spotify as well. No subscription necessary. I believe other streaming services in the world offer this “for artists” portal, but I can’t be certain. I completed a single and uploaded it to Apple Music through Distrokid. I am able to see it on Apple Music and can play the music just fine, as well as click on the artist account. However, when I attempt to search for it on artists.apple.com to claim the account as my own, I cannot find it. When I attempt to search by using the Apple Music artist profile link it gives me the error " We’re having trouble searching... Source: over 1 year ago
