I personally prefer Treemily family tree builder. It's free and very easy to use as you basically select a template and fill in all the family members' data. Or you can just import your family tree from a GEDCOM file. I used it to make a family tree as a gift for my grandma and she loved it! It's also cool that you can fully customize it and they will print and deliver your framed tree in 72 hours. Source: about 3 years ago
