I spent some time working on this tool called IMDB-Trakt-Syncer which syncs user watchlist, ratings and comments for Movies, TV Shows and Episodes both ways between IMDB and Trakt. For TV, I use episodecalendar.com, been using it since 2013 I believe. It works pretty well in my experience. I do pay the 12EUR annually, for no limit on number of shows to follow (and to support). It gets its data from TVDB, so once that listing has data, it'll update from that. Source: 11 months ago
