I have sold lot of designs in various market places and building my website and trying to see what I need to do to protect my business name / brand. I was worried that if I start making lot of sales and suddenly someone has a same name as my shop in tshirt industry I wanna be able to protect this before it gets complicated. Also, two different companies can use the name if it is for different categories. Car tires are different categories from branding agencies. Hurry up and take the URL and then trademark it using trademarkia.com if nothing comes up in google. Source: about 3 years ago
