I have sold lot of designs in various market places and building my website and trying to see what I need to do to protect my business name / brand. I was worried that if I start making lot of sales and suddenly someone has a same name as my shop in tshirt industry I wanna be able to protect this before it gets complicated. 3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
