I was looking to order a phone directly from tracfone.com but I see walmart also sells them. Do these phones sold by walmart include a basic 30-day plan or do I have to purchase one separately? Source: over 2 years ago

Since you have tried the usual suspects (restarting. shutting off, removing/replacing sim, restarting), and assuming that you are seeing TFW as the Carrier on the top of the screen with Bars showing good signal... you could remove it from your account and add it back.
