I think the issue is the way you are advertising the job. Post it on monster.co.uk, totaljobs.com and reed.co.uk with some and you will get applicants. These sites have standard listing pricing but they can easily be haggled to give a good deal. Get them to list you in a few areas, not just the capital. Source: over 2 years ago
Your job searching so just some websites that I found are totaljobs.com, monster.co.uk, reed.co.uk, jobsite.co.uk. Take note most of them are ".UK" meaning they are registered as a UK website (sort of). you want to find websites that are for your "country".
