I like Toshl https://toshl.com. It does what you request - allows budgeting & automatically pulls transactions from multiple banks, although you need a monthly subscription for connection to banks. In principle a mobile app, but allows you to download data in excel. Source: almost 2 years ago

I also use Firefly (https://firefly-iii.org). If you're comfortable self-hosting, it's a nice option. There are importer tools for things like YNAB or CSV files from your bank. Source: over 2 years ago

A https://firefly-iii.org self-budget instance treated like an ARG where community members post fictitious monetary tasks for wins and losses. Each account would be a player and after x amount of time, whoever has the highest amount of money in their account wins.
