• Tonal gym install

  I have a Tonal machine (tonal.com), which is essentially a cable machine that hangs on the wall. Tonal install requirements are really specific and they send you all the hardware to use, which are rated for 2x4 studs that are floor to ceiling. I have 2x3 metal studs and can't use the hardware they sent, so I'm thinking about getting shorter screws and installing this on my own. It's going to be about 3/4" inches... Source: 8 months ago

• Can I get away with a 78” install of I’m 5’10”?

  When you go to tonal.com you will see a women doing a decline chest fly right below the lebron james images (strength you can feel. Results you can see). That locking position on my tonal is 79 inches. That is the position of every overhead move I've done on tonal (250 workouts).   I highly recommend fiton for beginner bodyweight/dumbbell work. https://fitonapp.com You could also subscribe to ifit, they have rower workouts (no need to have a Nordic track rower, I use the app on a tablet mounted on my Schwinn bike), but it does cost money. • hand/wrist strain

  Get into an orthopedist that specializes in hands and wrists. They can offer you some PT exercises to strengthen those areas. Those helped me immensely. Someone on here also said pilates, and I agree with that, too. The FitOn app has a bunch of free workouts that I use. They're only around 20 minutes long so they're not too taxing, and you can build up strength that way. Source: over 1 year ago
