  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.   First of all, you will need some sort of PGP encryption suite whether you are on Mac or Windows. I use Windows, so I utilize the Kleopatra PGP client in GPG4Win. Download GPG4Win and then follow these instructions on how to generate a public and private encryption key for yourself.
