I haven't used this myself, but I saw a recent announcement here about https://github.com/vifon/tmsu.el#features by /u/vifon which lets you tag files (with https://tmsu.org/ ) from dired, perhaps it would be possible to add features on top of that to colour based on tags? Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that.
