I have replaced Jira with Ora from 5 months now and I am very happy with it. It has a great ui combined with a lot of usefull features. I love the automations.
Ora is simple to use yet with so many advanced features which are almost all for free! Beautiful design, intuitive!
Love the UI and UX. Also, it has handy features that I didn't find in Trello which makes my work easier.
Ora might be a bit more popular than TLDR Options. We know about 8 links to it since March 2021 and only 8 links to TLDR Options. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
To put a # on it, take your (preferred price - strike price) * # options. This is the paper $ value today assuming you fully vest. You can project what this could be based on how valuation grows. This is a tool for that. But only thing you can control today is making sure you have 1. a salary that you can live on + exercise your options; 2. Enough equity to be worth your time. Stock Options – Inversely if you work for a startup, you might get stock options. These are a LONG shot gambling game (like 2% pay off), but I know some guys who their stock is trading in the 30’s and their options were in the $2 range so assuming they make it to lockout I expect to get a call to hang out on their yacht. Personally, there are so many options to screw the employee like clawbacks/ratchet clauses I... Source: about 2 years ago
I don't really get why you'd be asking this question. Especially if you're making that much money a year. Do the math. https://tldroptions.io/ In just about every case, you're rolling dice for what? A faster paced environment and sleepless nights? I get it, the hedonic treadmill is real. Happiness isn't bought with money, but couldn't you just save enough money to semi-retire and do something different at that point? - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
Https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stock_dilution : > Stock dilution, also known as equity dilution, is the decrease in existing shareholders' ownership percentage of a company as a result of the company issuing new equity.[1] New equity increases the total shares outstanding which has a dilutive effect on the ownership percentage of existing shareholders. This increase in the number of shares outstanding can... - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
Mine is due in January but I probably do the same. I do have a ltd of ora.pm I might move everything to it. What did you end up choosing? Source: 11 months ago
Notion only works good on web, and is very clunky on Android. I cannot use Anytype as it is desktop-app-focused. Though it does have Android, sometimes I need to take notes for the online courses I do and I'd rather do that on the laptop. I wanted to try out Obsidian but that isn't going to work either as it is desktop-app-focused. I heard Coda doesn't work well on Android. I am left with Saga and Slab but both... I'm personally using ora.pm. It basically allows you to aggregate several Trello boards together on one timeline. So I have one board per client and a timeline to see an overview of all my tasks. Source: almost 2 years ago
I just wanted to chime in, another great tool for project management Is Ora. I came across it when I was looking for something to keep track of my own personal projects and it has more features out of the box than Trello. I can honestly see myself using it in a work setting over Jira for scrum stuff. Source: almost 2 years ago
