  For how to actively distribute the newsletters if you go the email route there’s several services (unless you’re cool with just whacking everyone’s email into a BCC list and sending manually, of course) you might find Tiny Letter useful. It’s 100% free and intended for exactly this sort of content and handles important things like unsubscribe functionality. That said is does seem to require a postal address that...   I saved these links while I was reading them a couple years ago, the writer is "suituuup" under fanfiction.net and ao3. Both accounts are still here but for some reason these two links don't work anymore. Anyone saved them before or know why this would happen? The fandom is Pitch Perfect by the way.
