PullReminders might be a bit more popular than Timy. We know about 1 link to it since March 2021 and only 1 link to Timy. I've used the Timy (https://timy.website/) free tier for this in the past. The one feature that was missing though was to schedule messages to be sent at a certain time in the recipient's timezone.
