  I think this is a great tool. I ve used other time tracking tools like https://timemator.com/ and they struggled with keeping track of different projects.   I just discovered the Timing app, which can import iPhone and iPad data to track what you spent time on, not only the application, but also the file and website, from when until when. Here it is.   - I use a website called Hours with friends so we can hold each other accountable. The time lapse trick is one too - I took this video specifically because I was struggling to focus - because I don't want my time lapses to be of me wandering off onto Reddit when I should be studying.
