Tiki is very flexible full-featured multilingual content management system (CMS) which you can use “out-of-the-box” to build your own website (PWA or anything else you can imagine to access using a web browser).
It is a Free/Libre OpenSource Software (licensed under GNU/LGPL) which is being released every 8 months under the Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware project. I tried using duckduckgo by typing "Something so profoundly fucked up between the inverse ratio of shrinking middle class and ever increasing aggression of advertisement site:tumblr.com".
