First off, if you don't already have TI Connect CE, you will need that. You also need a Windows computer and a TI 84 Plus CE. You will then need to download the file for Cabri Jr, and drag that onto the calculator via the TI Connect CE app. You will then need to download "arTIfiCE" and drag that onto your calculator as well. Sounds like you may not be using TI-Connect CE which is different from TI-Connect. Be sure you keep holding down [2nd] and [del] even after you press the reset button. If nothing still happens after 5 seconds then there could be something seriously wrong with the calculators. Could you let me know the date code engraved on the back of the calculator? I don’t remember any TIs I’ve owned coming with a cd. If it did, it is likely just TI Connect so you can manage the data from your computer and a few other things. Source: about 2 years ago
