Granted, both of our cars are 8+ years old and paid off, but I have no doubts that you can find savings. I have had a lot of luck using thezebra.com to compare rates from multiple companies at once. A new provider is "Safety Wing", https://safetywing.com/. They reopened individual plans, are mostly online, and didn't care where we live. Prices were 2.2K to 3.6K for the 40-50 age bracket.
