I often work with beginner Rails developers through The Odin Project and The Agency of Learning. One common pain point people may run into while learning is the dreaded "silent create action" failure. You've written your model, controller, and routes for a new resource, you've built the form view for creating this resource, but when you fill out the form and click the submit button, nothing happens. And the logs... - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago

For GitHub, I'll say just do basic things and most importantly learn about merging and creating branch checkout, etc. Try to work with a team where if you even push in main by mistake it won't be a blunder. Tutorials are good but I was at the same place once. Git was scary lol. There are some intermediate things like rebase etc. But you won't need most of it. These words come from Lorem Ipsum, dummy text used by graphic designers to showcase a font or typeset, rather than distract the reader with the text itself. Some of the words may be true to the original Latin, but it is designed to say nothing as many of... Source: about 1 year ago
I bet it was lost in translation. Looks like a copypasta from https://lipsum.com/. The reference to not just PageMaker, but Aldus PageMaker is a clue to how long it's been around. The site has a number of other issues, too, but it's still better than third-party sites which exist only to drive traffic to delivery services or their POS. Source: about 1 year ago
Yeah it's dummy/greeking text. You can read all about it here: https://lipsum.com/ it has a fascinating history. Source: about 1 year ago
Also fun fact, you can generate it on sites like this. Source: about 1 year ago
I think that the OP should write the manual, interspersed with actual content but mostly filled with lorem ipsum that appears to be written text but would actually require it to be read rather than flipped through. It's what books/newspapers used as props have when it's not a means of communicating anything to the audience. Wasting time doing the useless manual will take away time from productive activities.
