Closest to this would be https://www.eleuther.ai whose training data is largely public and training processes are openly discussed, planned, and evaluated on their Discord server. Much of their training dataset is available at https://the-eye.eu (their onion link is considered "primary", however, due to copyright concerns). - Source: Hacker News / 13 days ago

Have you considered asking https://the-eye.eu/ or archive.org to host? Jason Scott on Twitter can probably connect you. Or ask his Archive Team via IRC? Source: 12 months ago

In 2007 I remember mostly playing flash games & playing PS2/GC/GBA/DS games as well as looking at YouTube and other video-sharing websites like break.com & ebaumsworld. I did play outside a lot as well & went to a former friend's house a lot during this time. I also remember introducing him to YouTube for the first time, getting Pokemon cards at Shopko, shopping at the mall & at Steve & Barry's not too long before... Source: about 1 year ago
I was also using YouTube for the first time but was also still watching videos from random sites like break.com, ebaumsworld, etc... Used to still go to Hollywood Video at this time but this was the last year where I went there a lot because they took away all of the GameCube games in 2007. Also went to Mall of America for vacation this year. Source: over 1 year ago
