I would also recommend reading Arvid Kahl's book https://embeddedentrepreneur.com/. He presents a reliable approach for finding an audience to serve, "embedding" yourself into their communities, finding good problems to solve, and building your product in public with & for them. The idea of the challenge was to get 100 new paying users in 100 days, with a leaderboard and weekly mastermind sessions for accountability.
