Every Friday brings a new box of fresh content filled with kick ass sites that you’ll absolutely love, or find completely and utterly useless. Now remember, you’ll struggle to find these ideas on Google and we’re giving them to you on a platter! Ohh, and did we mention it’s free?
We’ll keep you updated with new box releases, giveaways and witty blogs that are more sarcastic than your mother in law. When you become a Hoarder, you’ll have access to small but mighty perks:
Create a list of your favourite sites so they’re easy to find when you’re looking for inspiration or something to do during another Zoom call.
Categories make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for. We have nine in total, from things to Watch to games to Play, it’s all there.
Think a particular site is shite? Then tell us! By leaving reviews you’ll be helping your fellow hoarders understand what’s cool or just plain useless.
If we’ve gone ahead and already added your site, it’s because we thought it was cool. Claim your page and start promoting to engaged hoarders.
If you have a site that you want folks to explore, then get in touch. The Bored Hoard is a great platform for driving traffic and gathering honest feedback.

What an incredible piece of work, I hope this takes off and is a known resource across the US. Please do feel free to add it to my site boredhoard.com free of charge, we'll help spread it. Source: over 1 year ago
I used to love that site, but had the same issue as you when it became Mix and just wasn't fun anymore. Myself and a friend created an alternative called Bored Hoard. Source: about 2 years ago
Although not quite the same concept as stumbleupon's, http://boredhoard.com/ collects cool (mostly) independent websites not known by the general public; there are over 500 sites listed so far, packaged in weekly box releases. - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
Ahh you've come to the right place my friend. We've created a site that has over 500 cool websites to visit at anytime (and whilst you're stoned). It's called Bored Hoard and you can get lost within it for hours. Check it out if you fancy it and let me know what cool sites are your favourite. Source: over 2 years ago
After reading the comments in this post I can see some of you want curated content, others just want to explore random websites that work perfectly on all types of devices and popped into a search engine. I've created a site that some of you may like (I'm sure it isn't what all of you are looking for) but it might be what some of you are looking for? It by no means has all the bells and whistles of a search engine... - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
I think they'd rather have one community rather than multiple communities oriented around different subjects. (See Reddit) I have been thinking about making a classification model for "things that might be posted to Hacker News" and was thinking about training it on https://tildes.net/. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
Https://tildes.net/ It was mentioned in recent HN thread on other websites that people who read HN like. But I do mean my question more broadly, not just about this particular website. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
I don’t think comments make a story more visible on HN, it’s not like https://tildes.net/ My belief actually is that visibility of posts is suppressed if they get, say, 20 comments and already have 50 votes. So if you want to be systematic about posting comments with some “tough love” go right ahead. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
People on Tildes thought the author of that article was a lunatic https://tildes.net/~food/1b92/im_a_microbiologist_and_here_is_what_and_where_i_never_eat. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
I really like Tildes https://tildes.net/ which is less focused, more about everything (god I wish I could frontpage an article about sports on HN) but has a much higher ratio of discussions to links (e.g. Ask HN is a joke) I have invites. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
