If tftactics.gg and mobalytics.gg and tactics.tools and I don't know how many other 3rd party websites can scrape compositions and item builds and their average ranks across MMRs from the public Riot API, you can bet your ass the internal Riot tools for data analytics are more powerful. I would recommend go to tracker.gg and don't just stare at the stats thinking u are bad and bottom %. Instead see the SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats) I am not just spouting bullshit out of mind. It really helps. It's true that they would probably need to hire a small team of 4-6 iOS/mobile devs to support this companion app which comes with additional cost obviously, but with the player numbers they have on Steam it looks like it could be affordable..
