There are lots of good resources for people switching to climate: climatebase, terra.do, climate tech VC, and climate draft being just a few. Based on the folks I know, people in this space are VERY open to talking to others about making the switch, especially from SaaS or traditional "tech" companies, so I wouldn't be afraid to get involved in those communities and ask for input!
