Teleporthq.io has a neat editor and exporter and figma plugin to convert parts into react, also builder.io is useful to import full websites into your figma using the plugin https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/html-to-figma-by-builderi/efjcmgblfpkhbjpkpopkgeomfkokpaim has an extension too, I only use it to import layouts and then export it to teleporthq. As it will be a team project then in the beginning I suggest to define the least minimum your team is going to deliver. And then divide up the tasks on who does what. As a backup plan somebody should know how to use Figma or proto.io for prototyping.
