Tried everything, from disabling my Pi-Hole, changing DNS servers on the pfSense etc. Then I tried to disable IPv6 on my client machine and... This domain works again. If OTS does not fit the bill, try one of the many open-source e-commerce frameworks that already solved all the hard parts for you, and allow you to just build out the custom parts specific to your requirements. Another option is to take a framework that handles 80% of the stuff you need (customer/order/inventory managament, payments, shipping etc) but that gives you the flexibility to create whatever custom flows you need.
