If you are looking for a contact centre software to manage your inbound inquiries Telebu Hub is the perfect product. It's cost effective, its scalable, and is easy to implement and setup. The Inbuilt - CRM still needs a ton of work. On the flip side the product does not have an App.
Since, we wanted to use the product primarily to handle inbound inquiries and had a support staff in-house, the absence of an App wasn't a deal breaker.
