  Copy the whole document, and insert it into TED Notepad - now it's only a question of a few keystrokes before you have extracted all words and made an alphabetized list showing the number of times each word appear.   I inspected the text editor and it looks like it's something called Trix. The example on their website has a hyperlink button.
