I've tried tawk.to and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm. Has anyone tried something like this before to guide me ? Any suggestions? Source: 11 months ago

I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best. Check out syncromsp.com It works wonders for us. You can set up auto ticket rules based on rules so if you get your voicemails via email, you can forward them to synco and it'll generate tickets. It's got everything else you're asking for too including teams, hippa compliance. Pricing is per technician and not per device, so very affordable. It offers a lot for the price.
