I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best. It sounds like you need something that mostly runs itself, without you necessarily needing to have in-depth knowledge of time series modeling. If you have an AWS account, I'd recommend checking out Amazon Forecast. One of the recommendations I saw in this thread is to run auto.arima in R.
