I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best. I understand your argument, but actually the best tier list it's from afkarena.net. This kind of tier list destroys characters, you prevent people from playing with them, plus it's totally subjective.
